1. Consent to the use of my personal information to make an application for the credit facility.
By applying or during the process of applying to loan company, I am or will be providing personal information about me to loan company. I acknowledge that this personal information loan company collects about me (“my personal information”) will be used for the credit facility. I acknowledge that where such an application is made to loan company, loan company will use my personal information to enable it to assess my application for a credit facility.
2. Consents to additional uses of my personal information.
I consent to loan company using or disclosing my personal information for the following additional purposes:
- Performing administrative tasks;
- Providing services to me in relation to this or other products or services;
- Update on products or services of loan company;
- Performing risk assessment and/or credit assessments;
- Fraud and crime prevention;
- Keeping guarantors informed about the status of the credit facility;
- Complying with legislative and regulatory requirements; and
- Building and maintaining relationships with me, including the resolution of any disputes.
3. Disclosures of my personal information. I understand that loan company may disclose my personal information to:
- Credit reporting agencies and /or Credit Bureaus
- ervice providers (including delivery companies, mail houses and debt collectors);
- Guarantors or prospective guarantors of my obligations under my credit facility
(including for the purpose of helping that person to assess whether to act as my guarantor);
- Banks and other organisations through whom I choose to make payments to loan company ; and
- other entities to whom loan company is required by law, or authorised by me, to disclose my personal information.

- to third parties who perform Services on our behalf (including but not limited to debt collection agencies, filing of claims and retrieval of payments from losses made by service partners)
- any data intermediaries
- any purposes which are reasonably related to the aforesaid.
We will take reasonable steps to protect your Personal Data against unauthorised disclosure. Subject to the provisions of any applicable law, your Personal Data may be disclosed, for the purposes listed above (where applicable), to the following:
- financial institutions for purposes such as facilitating GIRO payments
- collection and repossession agencies in relation to the enforcement of repayment obligations for debts
- advisors, including auditors and lawyers who advise us
- relevant government regulators, statutory boards or authorities or law enforcement agencies to comply with any laws, rules, guidelines and regulations or schemes imposed by any governmental authority
- any other party to whom you authorise us to disclose your Personal Data to
You have deemed to have given your consent for the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Data in the following circumstances:
- when you voluntarily provide your Personal Data to us;
- when you are aware of the purposes for which you are providing your Personal Data to us;
